  • Reliability – the development and constant improvements made on Virtual PBX systems mean that today they are very advanced and safe to use, which is why there is no need to feel worried or nervous about cancelling one’s land line that they’ve used traditionally. Since quality of service is one of the best things about Virtual PBX, discrepancies and dropped calls are something one can simply stop worrying about;
  • Effortless installation – the days of hiring someone to mess around with the wires as they’re attempting to add extensions to the existing system or set up a brand new one are over; even the customers themselves don’t have to waste their nerves doing the same thing – speed and efficiency are the two most associated words with the installation of a PBX system;

An interesting topic when considering Virtual PBX is certainly the possibility of combining a new PBX system with pre-existing VoIP systems, like Google Voice or Skype, for example. Generally speaking, VoIP services have the option of being complemented by a Virtual PBX system, in that calls can be forwarded to a pre-existing Google Voice or Skype number by PBX, due to its call forwarding option. It is also good to mention that, although virtual PBX systems can be used in numerous occasions to compliment VoIP services, they usually have more interesting features to offer than VoIP services.
